I am a Creative Director who loves smart design and developing and maintaining strong brands. I have successfully managed and built award-winning in-house design teams at some of the top cable brands in the country and at the non-profit National Geographic Society. I am well versed in asking the hard questions to inform brand and marketing strategy. I have worked on on-air ads and promos, large out-of-home marketing, print and digital campaigns, web-sites, and direct mail. I have worked on pitches or reports for corporate, government, and B2B marketing. I have coordinated photo and video shoots and developed asset management systems.

I have a thorough understanding of pre-production, production and post-production processes as well as technical developments in video, print, and digital media. I cherish the opportunity to do hands-on design work, but also love to lead a design team and develop the full potential of others.

I feel very lucky to be able to do what I love for a living.  I love branding and being creative. I love building and working with creative teams. I love asking tough questions about strategy or business goals and how design impacts those goals.
